Scope of Work for the NHCRWA Project 31F consists of the installation of 48-inch water line, 24-inch and 12-inch water line through a
combination of open cut, tunneling construction methods, and Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) methods, including valves, connections, and
appurtenances. The project is constructed from Huffmeister Road to Grant Road through both residential and Harris County Flood Control District
areas. The work also includes construction of flow control stations, meters stations, surface water fill lines and connections, in addition to
chloramine conversion at Grant Road PUD Water Plant No. 2. Additionally, the project includes chemical and electrical improvements at Grant
Road PUD Water Plant No. 1 and Water Plant No. 2.
