The objective of this project is to reconstruct three (3) streets in the Industrial Park area (BAY DRIVE, DOBERMAN STREET, AND PYRENEES STREET) including improvements to the utility systems (water, wastewater, gas), improvements to overall site drainage, and to create ADA accessible routes along each reconstructed street. All proposed improvements must meet requirements stated in the City of Corpus Christi’s Infrastructure Design Manual and performance specifications which will be outlined in the RFQ.The Design/Builder shall provide a turnkey project which includes all required design, specification and installation of water lines, design, specification and installation of stormwater lines and manholes, design, specification and installation of sanitary sewer systems, design, specification and installation of ADA compliant sidewalks and curb ramps, design and installation of driveways and any other services and testing required to design and reconstruct the Industrial Park streets (BAY DRIVE, DOBERMAN STREET, AND PYRENEES STREET). | Drawings & Links |
