Reytec Construction Resources, Inc., is a full-service  utility/infrastructure contractor headquartered in Houston, Texas with satellite locations in Austin and Corpus Christi. The company specializes in underground utilities, site preparation, concrete, asphalt paving, and water and wastewater treatment plant facilities. It is organized into four divisions:  Houston Heavy Civil, Corpus Christi Heavy Civil, Emergency Utility Services, and Waterworks.
