Brandon Ballengee is a highly seasoned construction professional with more than 28 years of experience across the industry. As Reytec’s Director of Waterworks Operations, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s rapidly growing water and wastewater group—bringing structure, precision, and leadership to every project under his direction.

Brandon oversees all day-to-day field and engineering activities, coordinating closely with Project Engineers, Field Engineers, and Project Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. His responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules for both self-performed and subcontracted work, maintaining accountability across teams, and fostering collaboration that drives results.

Starting his career in the field gave Brandon a unique perspective that continues to shape his leadership style today. He is known for his ability to anticipate and eliminate potential risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide his teams through the most challenging operational environments. His approach is grounded in discipline, teamwork, and a deep respect for the craft of construction.
