With an accomplished career spanning more than four decades, Juliana LeVrier brings deep financial expertise, operational insight, and an unwavering commitment to ethics and accountability to her role as Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Reytec Construction Resources, Inc.

Juliana began her career in accounting at just 19, keeping manual ledgers as a bookkeeper for a small valve and actuator distributor. From those early days, she learned the value of accuracy, integrity, and persistence—principles that continue to define her leadership today. Her first exposure to public accounting was working for a sole proprietor CPA while putting herself through school. Her four years with Big Four firm, KPMG, provided her with a professional foundation that has helped define the quality of her work. Before joining Reytec, she spent more than 30 years with TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company, rising through the ranks gaining broad experience in accounting, finance and U.S. and international tax, managing teams in multiple accounting areas and working with operations and an international corporate accounting group across continents . She made her debut into the construction industry while serving as Corporate Controller for Cotton Holdings, Inc., where she led a large, multi-disciplinary accounting team and implemented and managed cost and time-saving processes and procedures, streamlining the close and reporting processes.

Her expertise spans the full spectrum of finance and accounting—from forecasting, treasury management, and percentage-of-completion reporting to tax strategy, transfer pricing, and audit management. Juliana is especially known for her ability to bridge operations and finance, implementing efficient systems that strengthen internal controls while improving speed and accuracy in reporting.
