Keegan Droxler
Keegan DroxlerDirector of Preconstruction

With a sharp analytical mind and an unwavering work ethic, Keegan Droxler leads Reytec’s Preconstruction Department with precision, foresight, and relentless commitment. Known for his drive, long hours of focused leadership, and uncompromising attention to detail, Keegan brings both technical mastery and operational discipline to every project he touches.

Keegan’s journey in construction began in 2008, gaining early experience through four summer internships at an engineering firm where he honed his skills in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Revit. After graduating from Trinity University in 2012, he joined Reytec as a junior estimator. His talent quickly set him apart—within his first year, he was entrusted with operations responsibilities and went on to successfully manage one of the company’s most significant undertakings: the $42 million Uptown Development Authority – Post Oak Boulevard project.

Since joining Reytec full time in 2016, Keegan has steadily advanced into leadership, now serving as Director of Preconstruction. He oversees a growing team of estimators, project engineers, and project managers, guiding efforts that bridge cost analysis, scheduling, business development, and project planning. Under his direction, Reytec’s teams have collectively managed more than $400 million in active projects and estimated over $1 billion in prospective work. His leadership has also helped propel the company into new frontiers, including large-diameter water line installations and sanitary sewer microtunneling.

Keegan’s approach blends vision with precision. He takes an active role in defining construction sequences, establishing project milestones, and ensuring seamless communication from preconstruction through completion. His team credits his example—his consistency, mentorship, and readiness to dig into the details—as key to their own growth and success.
