With more than two decades at Reytec Construction Resources and a lifetime of experience in the civil construction industry, Romeo Lopez brings precision, integrity, and deep technical insight to his role as Senior Estimator. His expertise in cost analysis, bid strategy, and preconstruction planning has been instrumental in helping Reytec secure and deliver complex infrastructure projects across Texas.

Before joining Reytec, Romeo spent 25 years with Jalco, Inc., where he advanced from Senior Project Estimator and Project Manager to Senior Vice President. During his tenure, he oversaw numerous large-scale civil and utility projects, developing a reputation for technical excellence, disciplined execution, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of both field operations and executive management—skills he continues to apply in his leadership at Reytec.

Romeo began his career in Nicaragua in 1963 as a surveyor for an engineering department—an experience that grounded his understanding of construction from the ground up. Today, he applies that same field-based perspective to every estimate, ensuring each proposal is accurate, competitive, and aligned with project goals.
