Downtown Street Improvements to Chaparral Street from William Street to Schatzel Street: This project included the redesign of the roadway and pedestrian right of way of Chaparral Street between William Street and Schatzel Street. The right of way included designed pavers, planters and catenary lighting to enhance the overall atmosphere of the street.
